We have the following charges for all our home deliverys, this will be shown when you proceed to the check out:
£0.00 - £6.00 charged at £1.80
£6.00 - £25.00 charged at £4.50
£25.00 - £70.00 charged at £10.00
£70.00 - £150.00 charged at £10.00
£150.00 - and above charged at £30.00
Please call for a quote if your item is small but of value as the postage cost may not be the same.
We offer a free of charge delivery service on local deliveries within a 5 mile radius of One Stop Supplies Leeds Ltd.On areas outside of the 5 mile radius please check with us for a quote please call 0113 2530459.
We also offer a collection service, But we require prior notice in order to bring the goods to the collection point. We aim to arrange this at a time and day suited to you, Payment for goods are payable on collection.
We will dispatch all items on a next working day basis, providing an item is in stock. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, this excludes Bank holidays.
When you place an order online with this site you are making an offer to buy goods. We will then send you an email acknowledging that we have received your order.
On the rare occasion that something is out of stock we will advise you immediatley. We will provide an estimate of the likely dispatch date and allow you to cancel your order if this is unacceptable. Alternative we can offer you a suggested replacment.
Return policy
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from OneStop Supplies Leeds Ltd. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us. For your peace of mind and happiness we offer the following terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products:
Changed your mind ?
If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the UK's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered. Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us that you wish to cancel you order, by e-mailing. If your order has not been dispatched then we will cancel it immediately and money returned. However, if your order has already been shipped then you will need to return the goods to us (see instructions below) at your own cost and within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for items that shows evidence of having been used unless they are faulty. On receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method. Postage and insurance are not refundable. If you send a product back for an exchange, we will charge you for shipping the new product back to you at a cost of approx. £6.00 (this depends on the size and weight of the product) for UK customers, for all European destinations, return shipping costs can only be refunded when we have sent the wrong goods inerror.
Goods Faulty On Arrival?
All products are backed by no less than 1 years manufacturer’s guarantee from the date of purchase (some items carry a longer guarantee which will be mentioned in the product descriptions). If a problem arises please contact us via E mail or telephone
0113 2530459 so we can rectify the problem immediately. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please email us, within 2 days of delivery. We aim to replace any defective items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund to you. Exchanged items will only be sent after we have received the defective item back from you in its original packaging. All other products within the manufacturer's guarantee period should be sent back to the address below. Following inspection, we will, at our discretion, either repair, replace, or return the item to you. The item will be returned if we feel there is no manufacturing fault.
For appliance products, in all instances the manufacturers will insist on repairing faulty products on site and must be give this opportunity.
If a repair is not possible the product will be uplifted, and a replacement or refund will be issued upon confirmation in writing from the Manufacturer.
Goods Damaged In Transit?
Please inform us immediately if your goods were damaged in transit. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt it is advisable to accept delivery, but make a note when signing for. We will then arrange for replacement goods to be dispatched to you once the original order has been returned, or an alternative course of action to be taken, if you so wish.
For all returning goods please include a cover note, explaining what action you would like us to take, as well as your name, address, order number, and original proof of purchase. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the item/s to be returned. We recommend that you use a reputable courier. Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. If you send a product back for an exchange you will be charged for shipping the new product back to you. Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 7 working days after the day you receive the item.
